We know we celebrated Christmas a bit early with our family up north, but our schedules get so busy closer to the holidays. On Friday, we drove to Dan and Angie's. Morgan slept in the car and was ready to run around Friday night with the boys. She was being so silly and getting so much attention in the pack-and-play. She was dancing, singing, and twirling in circles. Everyone was watching her and laughing. The cousins exchanged presents Friday evening. Morgan got her first set of Little People and her first pair of slippers! Saturday morning we woke up bright and early and headed to Busha and Papa's house. Morgan got lots of toys from them. She got a bouncing Tigger, Octopus toy, and a step on dance pad. She loves playing with all her new toys. Santa visited Morgan on Saturday afternoon. Morgan sat on his lap and told him she has been a good girl and wants lots of toys for Christmas! A very special THANK YOU goes out to Santa for taking the time to visit Morgan personally!! We will never forget it! Saturday night we went to a parade. It was cold, but Morgan loved looking at all the lights on the floats. Sunday morning everyone went outside to play in the snow. Morgan joined her cousins on an infant sled going down the hill in their backyard. They all played outside for about 30-45 minutes. Morgan was so tired, we left a little early so she could get a good nap in the car. We know it might be a few months before seeing them again, but we sure have enjoyed all the time we have spent with our family these last few months. We can't wait to visit again!!
